Starlight Foundation - The Great Adventure Challenge

Western Areas is a long-term supporter of the Starlight Children’s Foundation and recently entered two teams in the 2015 Great Adventure Challenge with all funds raised going to Starlight. Funds raised helps Starlight deliver vital in-hospital and community programs for sick kids, teens and their families.

Thanks to the support of our generous sponsors, family and friends, WSA raised a total of $35,661.14 and won the Champion Fundraiser award! A big thank you to everyone who donated and supported our teams for this worthy cause.

The day and was a wonderful experience for the WSA team and band of volunteers and we’d like to thank Starlight and Maximum Adventure for organising such a fantastic event. We look forward to competing in the race again next year!
